About Deric Dicken's Speed Date
Deric is a talented and thoughtful drummer, a great friend to me and a former student of Matt Wilson (who introduced us). We play duets written by each of us as part of this project. Deric also plays duets with other friends like Jeff Lederer as part of the Speed Date project. Deric put out a record, Speed Date, in 2011 with duets accompanied by six different musicians-It’s a really fun CD!
